3/32" shank, with a 3mm cutting head. The head is a hollow tube coated with diamond grit, and it may be used to enlarge holes in beads so they will accept leather cords or to drill holes in stones or glass for hanging. Use water to lubricate and cool the bit while drilling. (I either dip the bur in water frequently, place the stone in a shallow dish with a small amount of water.)
